There are two virtues that exalt and make one find favour in the sight of God and man. They are meekness and humility. TRACT 74: STOP INVITING DEMONS “When the unclean spirit is gone out of a man, he walketh through dry places, seeking rest, and findeth none. Then goeth he, and taketh with himself, and they enter in and dwell there: and the last state of that man is worse than the first. Even so shall it be unto this wicked generation” Matthew 12:43-45 . The all knowing Jesus in one of his sermons exposed how unclean spirits operate in the lives of unsaved souls. The unclean spirits are demonic spirits from Satan wandering the earth and seeking places of abode. They are usually comfortable when they have abode in the bodies of living souls and graven images.
