TRACT 120: BIBLE! THE CHRISTIANS' FINAL AUTHORITY

"Preach the word; be instant in season, out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort with all long-suffering and doctrine. For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall heap to themselves teacher, having itching ears; And they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned into fables" 2 Timothy 4: 2 - 4.

Are some biblical verses regarding moral sanctity out-dated and ''old school'' to 21st century Christians? Does anyone professing to be a follower of Christ really have back up points to continue embracing what displeases God in heaven and pleases Satan and men in this world. Please, kindly check and see what the HOLY BIBLE has to say regarding some norms and practices in this present dispensation. Remember to stay humble before the Holy Spirit because He is the Best Interpreter and not man.

1. Prayer of disasters and death over the enemies - Matthew 5:44
2. Gospel Hip-pop and worldly beats in the church - Colossians 3:16; Mark 14:26
3. Forsaking fellowship or going late to church on the Lord's day - Hebrew 10:25
4. Kneeling before the sculptures of Holy Mother and Saints during prayers - Exodus 20:4 - 5
5. Immodest clothes (transparent, tight, skimpy and short dresses) and attachments - 1st Timothy 2:9; Women wearing men's wears - Deuteuronomy 22:5
6. Men keeping Long hair - 1st Corinthians 11:14; Women not covering their hairs in the church and while praying - 1st Corinthians 11: 4 - 13
7. Tattoo and worldly hair cut- Leviticus 19:27-28
8. Nose jewels, leg chains, earrings and seductive make up - Genesis 35: 1- 4, Isaiah 3: 16 -24.
9. Corrupt words and evil speaking - Ephesian 4:29; Ephesians 5:4 &12
10. Self exaltation , proud look and eye service - Philippians 2:3; 1st Peter 5:5; Matthew 5:5
11. Lust and sexual immoralities - Matthew 5:27-30
12. Worldliness - 1st John 2:15 -16

The Holy Bible is complete with both the Old Testament and New Testament; and ''All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness ''2 Timothy 3:16. The true believers in Christ have no reason to question the authority and moral sanctity of the Old Testament and New Testament. Jesus Christ said '' For whosoever shall do the will of God, the same is my brother, and my sister, and mother'' Mark 3:35. Only those who hear the word of God and obey it are recognized in heaven as real brothers and sisters in the body of Christ. Dear reader, Are you truly a brother or sister in the body of Christ (Church)?

Prayer: Heavenly Father, thank you for your love, reproof, correction and instruction into righteousness. I am very sorry for many times I have disobeyed your words regarding moral sanctity. Have mercy upon me and cleanse me in the precious blood of Jesus. Save me, sanctify me, baptize me in the Holy Spirit and grant me the grace to live by your word daily in Jesus' Name. Amen MORE GRACE TO CONTINUE IN NEW LIFE
