TRACT 97: WHO IS YOUR DRIVER?

''Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat: Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it'' Matthew 7:13-14.

Who is your driver, Jesus or Satan? There are two eternal destinations for every living soul on earth. They are Heaven and Hell. The driver certified by the Heavenly Father to safely drive and direct his obedient and spirited children on the straight and narrow path which leads to Heaven is Jesus. Jesus knows the heavenly Father very well and the way that leads to Him. The chief driver who specialises in driving and directing disobedient and worldly children on the wide and broad way to hell is Satan. Those who make Satan their driver are sinners walking after the flesh; and are destined for eternal damnation. Those who make Jesus as their driver walk after the Spirit, and are not condemned ''There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit'' Romans 8:1.

The ticket fee for entering the vehicle of Jesus is total repentance of sin and acceptance of Jesus as Lord and Saviour. One is safe when Jesus drives because he drives in the light and directs one on the path of love, joy, temperance, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, meekness and temperance. The ticket fee for entering the vehicle of Satan is rejection of Jesus as Lord and Saviour. There is always accident (falling into sin) when Satan is the driver; because he drives in the dark. When Satan is given permission to drive one's life; he direct on the path of adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lasciviousness, idolatry, witchcraft, hatred, variance, emulations, wrath, strife, sedition, heresies, envy, murder, drunkenness, reveling and evil. All the mentioned are the evil works of the flesh.

Those who walk in the Spirit have eternal life in heaven and those who walk after the flesh have eternal damnation (hell). The question once again; who is your driver, Jesus or Satan? If you are a sinner, Satan is your driver. If you are an unbeliever, Satan is your driver. If you are a backslidden Christian, Satan is your driver.

The Good News is that God loves you and wants Jesus to be the driver of your life. You are guarantee of Heaven if Jesus is your driver, because he will safely take you there. God wants you to forsake all evil works of unrighteousness, ask for forgiveness and surrender your life to Jesus. Jesus is waiting for you.

Prayer: Heavenly Father, thank you for your love and call to make Jesus the driver of my life. Have mercy upon me and wash me clean in the precious blood of Jesus. Save me, sanctify me, baptize me in the Holy Spirit and grant me the grace to always abide in your vehicle, in Jesus' Name. Amen
